Methodology of the Programme
- Behavioural change occurs gradually, over time and therefore the duration of Essae Supervisory Development Program is for 5 months.
- There is a gap of 2 weeks between classroom and mentoring sessions so that it gives you sufficient time to learn, reflect and assimilate the knowledge gained.
Essae Supervisory Development Program
- The program focuses on developing competencies and behaviours that a supervisor should demonstrate.
- In a five month period, participants will undergo intensive training on 4 competencies:
- Participants will be exposed to different tools and techniques, during the programme to improve on the all 4 competencies.
- This was done through classroom sessions and group mentoring sessions.
