Mr. Ganesh Babu has over 21 years of experience across multi- disciplinary functions. He has assisted several companies in the areas of industrial engineering, Lean system thinking & approach, projects & operations management, strategy formulation & implementation a life coaching. He is a certified Performance Coach & Project Management Professional from PMI, USA.He is a author of two books on “Business transformation” and “Personal Leadership”

With over 36 years of experience, he has served as President & CEO of Mphasis Ltd and Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd, and currently sits on the boards of several companies across manufacturing, engineering, and IT services sectors. He has guided over 50 emerging enterprises in business strategy and HR policy development, while coaching more than 1,500 senior executives. His active involvement in key associations such as NASSCOM, the Computer Society of India (CSI), and the Society for Export of Software from India highlights his dedication to industry growth and innovation.

Mr Nandu Unni has had 35 years of domestic & international experience across industries and functions, ranging from plantation, commodities, FMCG to the downstream oil industry. He has worked with Lipton Tea and last with Shell Petroleum where he has also held the position of Managing Director of Bharat Shell and was later responsible for the Bitumen business in India, M. East and Central Asia as part of the leadership team

With 37 years of experience as a Project Management Professional, he brings extensive expertise gained over three decades at BEL in various leadership roles. He served as a Director at the Project Management Institute of India (PMI) and has been a PMP trainer for PMI Bangalore Chapter and HAL Management Academy. From 2007 to 2013, he was on the board of PMI Bangalore Chapter. His contributions have helped organizations like Tritron, Bharat Electronics, L&T, Wipro, GE, HP, Himalaya Drug Manufacturing, and HAL Management Academy implement effective project management

Mr. Anantharamaiah has worked as Deputy General Manager at BEL for 25 years and has hands on experience of working in different cultures of organisations. He has conducted over 4000 training programs and has covered over 1 lakh people (including employees of all levels – lower, middle and senior level management). Authored books on people management, motivation skills, emotional management, time management and stress management. He has been associated with the Institute since 2018 as a faculty of ESDP.

Mr. Sri Hari has done his Masters in Advanced Manufacturing Systems and Technology and has Global Work experience in India, US, UK, China, Vietnam & Cambodia. He held different positions like Head - Project Management, Deputy factory Director, General director. He is an Internationally certified Yoga Instructor & TESOL certified English Instructor.

With an Executive MBA from Osmania University and advanced programs from Columbia University and XLRI, he has led in roles such as Director and Country Manager at Sealed Air, playing a key role in establishing its Indian subsidiary. His career began at HMT, progressing from Engineer Trainee to Sales Manager. A Certified Sales Trainer and Distinguished Toastmaster, he excels in industrial marketing, strategy, and business advisory for SMEs, with a strong focus on team development, mentoring, and turnaround management.

With a PGP in Finance from IIM Indore, MS from BITS Pilani, and a BE in Electronics and Communication, Mr. T K Ramesh is the Executive Director at Essae Chandran Institute and founder of Align & Equip. He has worked with IndChem Group, Titan Industries, Nexgen Technologies, and Integra Micro Systems. As the anchor of Essae People Practices Cluster and Essae Management Development Program, Mr. Ramesh has coached leadership teams, driven organizational scaling, and designed competency-based training programs.
